Your account, your choice
Delete your Little Chapel account
You can delete an account in the app or ask Kiwi Tree by email. You do not need to reinstall Little Chapel to make an email request.
Request deletion by email
Or write to dvdandroidapp@gmail.com with the subject Little Chapel account deletion. Include the email linked to the account, if there is one, and a reply address. We can help with the next step if you no longer have access to that email.
The button only prepares a draft. Your request reaches us after you send the email. We may need a proportionate account-ownership check. Do not send a password, sign-in code, or purchase token.
Delete from the app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Account and recovery.
- While signed in to the account you want to delete, choose Delete account and review the confirmation.
The request closes the account, removes its active purchased-scene entitlements, and deletes the Firebase sign-in identity. A queued job retries interrupted identity deletion. You do not have to make a second request for that follow-through.
Expected handling and follow-up: Deleting an account in the app takes effect straight away. We answer an emailed request within 30 days.
What deletion changes
You lose access to that account's Sparks and purchased scenes. Signing out is not account deletion. Deleting the account does not request a Google Play refund or remove an existing refund or other legal claim.
Your ordinary local game progress remains on the device. Earlier local backups may retain old account or transaction references. To remove local data as well, use the device's app-storage controls or the browser's controls for Little Chapel site data. That can permanently erase your progress.
What may remain
The service retains closed-account identifiers, ledger entries, purchase and refund records, reward claims, spending, payment-event records, and terms-acceptance records for payment checks, duplicate prevention, and dispute handling. These records currently have no automatic expiry. Their approved retention and review rules are: kept for seven years after the account's last purchase or wallet activity, for tax, refund and dispute evidence, then removed or anonymized in an annual review.
Deletion-handling records: kept for two years after the request is completed, to show it was handled and to stop late purchase events from recreating a deleted account.
Scheduled cleanup removes submitted diagnostics older than 30 days in batches; a cleanup backlog can delay removal. Their stored payload does not identify the account, so an individual report may not be findable from an email alone. Copies you independently shared, provider logs and backups, and Google's own store records are handled separately as explained in the Privacy Policy.
You may ask us to review retained information or exercise another applicable privacy right using the same email address. We will explain any information that cannot be removed and the applicable reason.
